How it Works

When you start a new personal training programme, it tends to follow the same formula. You sit down with the trainer for half an hour or so for a “Free consultation” before signing up for a bunch of workouts.

We don’t offer free consultations. Reason being, “Free consultation” is just an important sounding way of saying “Free sales pitch”.

You want to get in shape. You’re serious about turning things around and dropping the wobbly stuff that’s been plaguing you like a monkey on your back. And because you’re serious, you want to know exactly what you’re getting for your hard earned cash.

So instead of me dragging you down to my private studio for you to sit and listen to me extolling the virtues of personal training for half an hour while you twitch in your seat waiting for that inevitable pitch, I want you to come in and give it a proper test run.
